The apartment complex has been developed by JT10 Development and is being built under its own supervision by professionals. JT10 Development will guide, inform and advise you during construction so that your apartment is delivered according to your wishes.

The extra possibilities that JT 10 Development offers to adapt the apartment to your own wishes are also clearly described. In addition, you will find information about the procedures to be followed regarding the additional options.

During the (construction) process, you will be in contact with various parties about the buyer’s options, for example with people from kitchen and sanitary showrooms. These parties have been engaged by JT 10 Development in order to provide you with the best possible service. To ensure that the communication between you and the various parties runs smoothly, the buyer’s guide is your central contact person.

With the JT 10 Development package, a large part of that daily VvE work is taken out of your hands on an administrative, architectural and financial level. We also advise the board and organize the general meeting of members.

Worry-free outsourcing

We take care of all day-to-day VvE activities and take care of:

  • Administrative management

For example, we store all written association documents and make them digitally accessible via your own VVE portal. We also ensure that the association details at the Chamber of Commerce are up-to-date, select suppliers in consultation and take care of the assignment.

  • Architectural management

We check your complex every year and carry out preventive maintenance if necessary. Technical malfunctions can also be reported day and night. We ensure that the fault is resolved as quickly as possible and manage the maintenance contracts for the common areas and installations.

  • Financial management

Among other things, we keep track of all collections and payments and draw up a (draft) budget and annual accounts. In this way, the finances are always neatly in order. This saves fines and unpleasant situations in the event of payment arrears of VvE members.



And outsourcing the rental of your property

We advise the board on the day-to-day affairs, periodically send an up-to-date list of action items and organize the general members’ meeting; We send the invitation and agenda in a timely manner and arrange a meeting location. We take care of the minutes and deliver the meeting documents to the VvE members.

From booking, to payment, to return deposit. We can also mediate and/or take care of key management, services, management of your apartment and all other management services.

You can also rent out your apartment yourself, for example through your own website and your own advertisements, and/or with the help of our network and experience, in order to achieve the best possible rental return.
