GENERAL INFORMATION
The land is 4,053 m² (80m x 50.6 m).
The storage shed/industrial hall, the construction of which has already started, has a
surface area of 1,925 m²
.

In the sketch supplied as an attachment, in addition to the delivery of the warehouse, you can see the
facilities for 6 concrete loading docks for 20 and 40 ft containers with
the necessary infrastructural adjustments carried out directly adjacent to
the warehouse.

The warehouse space can possibly be supplied with office spaces (100m²)
for the staff, an office space for
customs with separate storage space for “in-bound goods” (60 m²)
including toilet groups for both ladies and gentlemen.

Both office spaces can be executed in a mezzanine arrangement
to be determined in consultation.

The office spaces are equipped with air conditioning installations (a total of 6 pieces) and
divided according to need.

Toilet facilities (2 toilet groups) for both office staff and
staff working in the warehouse.

Fire Prevention facilities according to the instructions of the fire brigade.

The warehouse has 2 overhead doors of 4000 mm x 4500 mm with electric
control 220V/50 Hz and 4 pieces of steel wicket doors of 1000 mm x

2125 mm.

Description of the 1925 m2 shed:
European manufacture and quality supplied from the Netherlands
Surface area: Shed total 1925 m2 consisting of 1 shed section 25 x
65 m (gutter height 5 m and ridge height 9.55 m) and 1 linked shed
section 15 x 20 m (gutter height 4 m and ridge height 5 m).
Span: Free span trusses 25 m with portal trusses
c.t.c. 5.00 meters.
Treatment: Thermally galvanized
Profiles: According to standard Dutch standards.
The steel structure consists of:
 Columns and bracing anchored in reinforced concrete
footings on footings with cast-in high-quality steel
anchor bolts;
 portal trusses and end gable trusses;
 Frames for doorways and overhead doors;
 Pressure tubes;
 Nuts and bolts.
Purlins:
 Galvanized Z-purlins 275 grams ;
 Nuts and bolts.
Roof cladding:
 Sandwich panels 100mm (60mm foam PIR AMC01) with hairexcel
coating 60 mu RAL 9010
 Flat outer ridges in colour RAL 9010;
 Flat inner ridges color RAL 9002 for the finish;
 Filters for under the outer ridge;
 Wind boards for the ends;
 Required mounting material for the roof sheets and flashings.
Shed façade walls:
The whole is bricked up to gutter height with 6″ concrete blocks
Indoor partitions:
 4″ and 6″ Hollow concrete blocks and/or Drywall partitions.
