A separate construction team has been flown from the Netherlands to realize this villa. The entire house is equipped with aluminum frames, imported from the Netherlands, 11 sliding doors, massive French oak beams and shooters, more than 250 LED spots, solar panels and many built-in wardrobes.

Elektra

An advanced demo system is installed to control all lighting, curtains, music, alarm and camera systems anywhere, anywhere in the world, with the phone or with the various screens. There is full Wi-Fi reception inside, outside and even around the property, and all rooms have a Sonos sound system.

Kitchen

This includes a solid 20cm thick stainless steel work surface of ABK, electric drawers, 2 sinks, cooker, multiple refrigerators, 2 dishwashers, espresso machine, steamer, ovens and a wine closet. Almost all the equipment is from Gaggenau’s top series.

Garden

This is equipped with various (covered) seating areas, a Boretti outdoor kitchen with fridge and grill plates, outdoor sound system, infinity pool with Jacuzzi and separate bathroom, fully automated irrigation system and path to Spanish water with pier and palapa.

Location

The rich size of the plot, the elevated position and the many greenery provide an oasis of calm and plenty of privacy. The view is perhaps the most beautiful of all Curacao; In almost all rooms you have beautiful views of the Spanish water, the Caribbean Sea and the Table Mountain.

Brakkeput Mei Mei lies in the most beloved part of the island; The beaches, boulevards and restaurants of Jan Thiel and Mambo beach can be reached in a few minutes by car or boat.
