Boca Gentil Resort

This beautiful waterfront resort was founded in 2007 by Cees Den Heijer,
Daniel van der Wilt en Roelant van Olst.
The 24/7 guarded resort consists of 48 villas and 36 x 3 bedroom apartments.
Boca Gentil has now grown into a park with beautiful landscaping, beach, sea and swimming pools. Via an entrance gate you can go directly to the adjacent Jan Thiel Beach.

Emmastad

Emmastad is a neighborhood of Willemstad in Curaçao, the residential area is located in the middle of Curaçao, about five kilometers north of the Schottegat.

The first houses were built in the 1950s, after the first expansion district Julianadorp was full. Together with Julianadorp, these were initially the residential locations that housed the management and senior staff of the Shell refinery.

Jan Sofat

Julianadorp

Julianadorp is a neighborhood of Willemstad. The neighborhood is located in the middle of Curacao and approximately 5 kilometers west of the Schottegatweg. The first houses were built around 1928. These were two-storey ‘semi-detached’ houses. The part where these houses are located is known as Oud Julianadorp. In 1948 Julianadorp was subsequently expanded considerably by the construction of one-storey houses. The neighborhood was once surrounded by a gate with gates at the access roads.

Julianadorp and Emmastad were the neighborhoods in which the management and senior staff of the Shell refinery were housed.

Santa Barbara was designed with a great sensitivity to the island’s native habitats and surroundings. Each home has been carefully positioned to maximize views of the fairways, landscaped hill, ocean and / or scenic Spanish waters.

Marina

In a protected cove in Spanish Water, just outside the northern boundary of Seru Boca Estate, is Seru Boca Marina, which offers floating slips for 128 ships up to 150 feet long. Two piers at the end of the two main docks can accommodate ships of different lengths.
