Since 1992 we have been active in selling, renting and valuing residential and commercial properties on Curaçao. We do this in the middle, high and absolute top segment.
Our Background
With a contractor background with years of experience in building and renovating businesses and homes, Roelant van Olst could not resist the challenge of mastering the real estate profession.
How we started
Both grew up in Brabant, The Netherlands, we decided to move to Curacao at the end of 1992 and there we built our first house on Cas Abao with great pleasure. This appealed to us so much that eventually many more homes followed, mainly on behalf of third parties.
In the late 90s we moved from Banda Abou to Vista Royal Phase IIIB. We were one of the first residents. This switch brought many changes, including the switch to Real Estate. A choice I have never regretted.
After a period in which we built and sold tropical homes, we laid the foundations of Boca Gentil Resort together with Cees Denheijer and Daniel van der Wilt.
Now 28 years later, married and 2 big daughters richer and still enjoy advising on buying and selling, renting and letting in the middle and higher market segment and commissioned valuations.
Who is Roelant van Olst?
Born in Geldrop, The Netherlands, in 1967 and raised in the Eindhoven area (Asten, Liessel, Vught and Eindhoven).
Entrepreneur in heart and soul who likes to work 1 on 1 to keep the line as short as possible so that maximum results can be achieved. Thinking along to the right solutions and negotiations is a sport for me.
Determination and perseverance are no strangers.
Came into contact with Curaçao for the 1st time in 1989 and then emigrated in 1992.
Curaçao is beautiful because of its culture, sun sea and beach.
